Applications are required to be submitted 30 days in advance to the Planning Commission. You must include 8 copies of the application, site plan(s), and any other related documents. If any soil or water tests, land surveys, or related services are required, you will be required to set up and pay for these services.

Appeals are required to be submitted 30 days in advance to a Board of Appeals Meeting. An appeal of a special use permit is NOT allowed through this method.

$100 Fine if no permit is applied for within 10 days of being advised by Zoning Administrator to do so.
