Truestream Update

Once the gray box is attached to the side of the house and their crew tests the fiber drop to verify it is operational, a Truestream Solutions Representative will call members to schedule the in-home installation.  Typically,  when that will happen varies based on when the network is "lit", if their fiber technicians are still connecting in another area, etc.  However, they are currently scheduling in the Hart 1 service area which includes Crystal Township, so we should hear from them soon to schedule.  We are instructed to go on-line to the Great Lakes Energy site and the Truestream tab there, to update their contact information with Truestream if you haven't already done so.  Or call 888-485-2537 to speak to a member service rep.
